Assist with Stabilizing and Supporting Individuals with Mental Illness in Community Homes. Assist in Support Healthy Budgeting Habits, Attending Medical Appointments As Needed, Grocery Shopping, Picking Healthy Meals, Medication Administration, and Choosing Healthy Friendships/ Relationships or Other Areas of Need.
