As a Sales and Design Consultant at Schneiderman's, you will:
\u0026middot; Actively sell the best mid-to-high end furniture
lines while working your design magic
\u0026middot; Warmly join our guests on their furniture journey by
listening to their needs as they shop our showrooms and website
\u0026middot; Build lasting relationships and be 'the person' who
expertly knows the best furniture options for each project and
space
\u0026middot; Communicate effectively through the entire process
from inspiration to delivery
\u0026middot; Promote Schneiderman's brand and best-in-class
service every day
As a Sales and Design Consultant at Schneiderman's, we will:
\u0026middot; Provide an extensive New Hire Training Program to be
an effective guest-driven sales professional. Two weeks M-F at our
Lakeville Location to start!
\u0026middot; Supply iPads and mobile technology programs to help
you connect and grow your business
\u0026middot; Use focused marketing programs to bring in ample
clientele
\u0026middot; Offer Advanced In-Home design training for premium
commission compensation
\u0026middot; Provide full benefits package AND:
o immediate vacation accrual
o liberal merchandise discount,
o bonus programs based on performance
o 401k with Employer match
o flexible schedules
o above average earnings ranging from 40k-100k+ with no cap
Successful Candidates will have:
\u0026middot; Professional Sales experience -- big ticket
beneficial but not required
\u0026middot; Drive for excellence, passion for positive change,
and a love for what you do
\u0026middot; Strong communication skills; both written and
verbal
\u0026middot; Sound decision-making capabilities
\u0026middot; Ability to create unique and memorable encounters for
our guests
