OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Enterprise
Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the
implementation of the organization's technology strategy and
architecture. You will play a key role in aligning business goals
with IT capabilities, ensuring that systems, applications, and
infrastructure are efficient, scalable, and secure to meet current
and future business needs.Location: Duluth, GA / HybridSchedule: M

Weekly pay.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Architectural Strategy & Design:Develop and maintain the
enterprise architecture framework and Data Architecture, ensuring
alignment with business goals and IT strategy. Create high-level
design for systems and applications, including infrastructure,
networks, and cloud services. Perform POCs for new
technologies.
- Solution Delivery:Lead the design and implementation of
large-scale, complex enterprise systems and ensure that they
integrate seamlessly across multiple platforms and
technologies.
- Technology Leadership:Provide leadership and expertise in IT
architecture, including technical direction for application and
infrastructure design. Evaluate new technologies and recommend
tools and platforms that support the company's growth and
innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with business and
technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate
them into architectural solutions. Facilitate cross-functional
communication to ensure architecture decisions support business
objectives.
- Governance & Compliance:Develop and enforce architectural
standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and
compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
- Risk Management:Identify technical risks and work proactively
to mitigate them. Conduct risk assessments and establish disaster
recovery plans to ensure system reliability and business
continuity.
- Performance Monitoring:Define key performance indicators (KPIs)
for architecture effectiveness and lead efforts to monitor,
measure, and report on system performance and optimization.
- Documentation:Maintain up-to-date architectural documentation
for reference by development teams, project managers, and business
leaders. Ensure thorough documentation of architecture changes and
decisions.Qualifications
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or
certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) preferred.
- Experience:Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT architecture
or related technical roles, with at least 5 years in an enterprise
architecture position. Experience with large-scale enterprise
systems and multi-cloud environments is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and
methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google
Cloud).
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP), Warehouse
Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS),
Ecommerce and business process management (BPM) systems.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices,
API-driven architectures, and modern application stacks.
- Experience with enterprise integration, data management, and
security architecture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability
to think strategically.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in design patterns, software development life cycle
(SDLC), and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and
DevOps principles.
- Knowledge of database technologies, containerization (Docker,
Kubernetes), and automation tools.
- Certifications:
- TOGAF, Zachman, or similar enterprise architecture
certifications are highly desirable.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a
plus.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Supply Chain/Sourcing/QSR industry or
sector
- Understanding of regulatory standards and frameworks such as
GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.
- Familiarity with and staying abreast with emerging technologies
like artificial intelligence, machine learning etc.
