Competitive pay and generous benefits Caretaker unit available (not required) for free National nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing is seeking a Full-time experienced Property Caretaker - light maintenance for 2 apartment buildings in Duluth, MN (Haines Road and Junction Ave) for the general upkeep and maintenance. Duties will include but are not limited to: Minor maintenance and cleaning. Apartment turns. Work order completion. Grounds maintenance, etc. Qualifications: Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7a.m. and 6p.m. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
