As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing our day-to-day production operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company and make a significant impact on our production processes. This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who is committed to excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring that production schedules are met within quality and cost objectives.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve productivity.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet production demands.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, identifying any issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of materials from suppliers to production.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including engineering, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure production goals are met.
• Train, guide, and motivate production workers, promoting a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in production management, inventory management, quality control, lean manufacturing, process improvement, supply chain management, and operations management.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing management software.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the manufacturing industry.
