Works in conjunction with department management to meet Essentia-wide needs. Functions as the primary responsible contact and operational administrator for the CMMS database including creating custom reports, developing dashboards and system configuration modifications. Works closely with all facilities departments across the system to ensure the CMMS database meets their operational and reporting needs. Responsible for Biomedical-related ownership and management in the IS CMDB system. Responsible for service contract/vendor administration across all regions. Capable of performing project management role for Biomed managed initiatives leading other IS team members and vendors in implementation. Contributes analysis, documentation, communications and training for process improvement initiatives. Collaborates with Information Services management in the development of departmental policies and procedures for Biomed as well as input on capital and operational budgets. Manages all aspects of medical devices and equipment as related to recalls, disposition, and replacement prioritization. Assists management with development of department. Work Experience: Experience with professional database/reporting, program development, and process improvement.
Education Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience years in information systems, healthcare, or related field. Licensure/Certification Qualifications:No certification/licensure required. FTE

Pay Range
$62358 - $93538 / yearThe approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package.
