Bluestem Center for Autism is an innovative clinic in search of

Bluestem Center for Autism, as a Behavior Technician, you will have

health or related fields, such as mental health,
physical/occupational therapy, education, and more by providing
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to children on the Autism
Spectrum.We provide high-quality, evidence-based services to
children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD) and their families, and are looking for passionate
individuals to join our growing team as a behavior technician. We

Technicians provide daily support for children and adolescence with
autism by engaging in direct support, teaching new skills, managing
challenging behaviors and teaching replacement skills, and building
positive relationships with the clients we serve.Behavior
Technician Salary: $19.00 $23.00 per hour and a Comprehensive

(BT), you will:Receive thorough, paid training and ongoing
supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Provide
1:1 therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults with ASD or
similar conditionsUtilize discrete trial teaching, prompting,
behavior reduction techniques, and more to support individuals in
achieving independenceCollect, record, and summarize data using
company-provided devices and cutting-edge technologyBe part of a
team that values collaboration, ongoing training and education,
work ethic, and community engagementYou may be the right fit for
this position as a Behavior Technician if you (minimum
qualifications):Have a high school diploma or equivalentPass a
background checkHave reliable transportationAre willing to complete
mandatory Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and pass
the required exam within 90 days of hire the company reimburses for
this training and exam!Participate in the required monthly
supervision.Will complete company-provided de-escalation
trainingMeet the physical demands of a job that requires you to
actively engage with children and assist in daily living activities
such as toileting and feedingAre passionate about working with
youth on skills such as communication, social skills, and behavior

services field such as psychology, physical/occupational/speech
therapy, education, and other related fieldsHave prior experience
as a Behavior TechnicianHave experience working with children with
ASD or other developmental, behavioral, or intellectual
disabilitiesAre planning to pursue a career in the behavioral
health field and want to gain invaluable experience as well as
mentorship from professionals in the fieldJob Type:Full-time (30 +
hours per week is considered full time/benefit eligible) Typical
