--- Assist with resident ADLs as directed by the Client Service Plan
--- Administration of medications as directed by an RN
--- Answer resident call lights
--- Light housekeeping in resident rooms as scheduled
--- Charting of all services performed

Responsibilities:

--- Assist patients with regular exercise as needed to maintain physical health and mobility level
--- Relay important data or changes of patient status to charge nurse or general physician and other facility staff as needed
--- Give patient support with basic care daily living activities bathing, getting dressed, going to the restroom, eating regular meals, and taking proper medication dosages
--- Provide carefully documented patient information in charts for multiple vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and blood oxygen level
--- Keep each room up to high standards of sanitization by changing bedpans and sheets and performing regular room cleaning


Qualifications:

--- Previous experience handling bedridden patients with age-related diseases such as Alzheimer's and Dementia preferred
--- Excellent communication skills that focus on creating and maintaining positive relationships between patient and families
