We are looking for an Integration Specialist who will be
responsible for leading the integration of new Liquid Pipelines
assets into operation. In this role, you must ensure Operational
Readiness Assurance (ORA) stakeholders have completed their
respective processes and that the project is substantially
complete, enabling safe startup and acceptance of the assets.

What You Will Do:
- Accountable to interface with assigned project teams to
identify and track issues through to resolution while maintaining
on-time issue resolution.
- Responsible for ensuring that throughout the lifecycle of the
project, an appropriate level of communications is maintained with
ORA stakeholders.
- Support projects from Core or Major Projects as well as long
term, high risk, accelerated and/or unique projects.
- Coordinate the Engineering and Asset Management review for
assigned projects.
- Bring expert knowledge and understanding of the Operational
Readiness Assurance Process.
- Responsible for providing weekly activity reporting to the
Supervisor of Project Integration.
Who You Are:
- Related university degree and minimum of six (6) plus years of
directly related experience OR equivalent combination of education
and experience may be considered.
- Highly effective leadership, negotiation, collaboration, and
meeting chairperson skills.
- Awareness of interrelationships with other stakeholders both
internal and external to the project team.
- A breadth and depth of understanding in effective project
management.
- Professional designation (e.g. P.Eng. or PE) considered an
asset.
- PMP Certification is considered an asset.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with potential travel to construction
sites.
- Minimal travel within Canada and United States.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20
pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing,
sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect
color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability
to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not
limited to:
- Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written
instructions or other information, understand complex problems and
collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and
ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work
schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate
impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this
area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines,
complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and
basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
