Job Description:
\r\nThe Clinic RN or LPN provides daily clinical support for
medical providers with primary responsibility for patient
care-related tasks including patient intake, facilitating patient
flow through the clinic, collecting patient specimens, providing
instructions and education, assisting providers with procedures,
ensuring exam rooms and office are set up appropriately based on
type of visit, and performing sterilization of equipment and other
sanitation duties.\u0026nbsp; the RN or LPN may also perform
additional focused clinical duties including but not limited to,
administration of medications, injections, EKGs, phlebotomy, CLIA
testing, and other duties related to carrying out the
patient\u0027s individual treatment plan.\u0026nbsp; Other nursing
duties may be assigned within scope of license and with privileges

life support (BLS) training or willingness and ability to
obtain\u003cbr /\u003e\r\n\u003cbr
/\u003e\r\n\u003cstrong\u003ePreferred:\u003cbr /\u003e\r\n\u003cbr
/\u003e\r\n\u003c/strong\u003e-\u0026nbsp; Associate degree or
bachelor\u0027s degree, preferably in a healthcare field\u003cbr

Demonstrated knowledge or training on HIPAA confidentiality and
privacy rules and experience maintaining confidential

computer skills, including utilizing Microsoft Office
products\u003cbr /\u003e\r\n-\u0026nbsp; Experience or functional
ability and comfort level utilizing electronic health
record\u003cbr /\u003e\r\n-\u0026nbsp; Attention to detail and
ability to multi-task\u003cbr /\u003e\r\n\u003cbr
/\u003e\r\n\u003cstrong\u003ePreferred:\u003cbr /\u003e\r\n\u003cbr
/\u003e\r\n\u003c/strong\u003e-\u0026nbsp; Experience working at an
outpatient primary care clinic\u003cbr /\u003e\r\n-\u0026nbsp;
Experience working at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
using an integrated model of care\u003cbr /\u003e\r\n-\u0026nbsp;
Knowledge of and/or experience using telehealth as a treatment
modality\u003cbr /\u003e\r\n-\u0026nbsp; Experience performing
phlebotomy and EKGs\u003cbr /\u003e\r\n-\u0026nbsp; Experience
utilizing eClinical Works (eCW) electronic health record
system\u003cbr /\u003e\r\n-\u0026nbsp; Bilingual or multi-lingual
abilities is a plus\r\n\u003ca
