experience and passion to support the implementation of the Supply
Chain Management Indigenous Engagement (SCM IE) program and process
to increase Indigenous involvement in Enbridge's supply chain
within projects and operations? What You Will Do:Provides technical
leadership, project management, and expertise by:Implementing
Indigenous Economic Engagement Plans and strategies for Enbridge
projects and operations within a defined geography.Finding
opportunities for Indigenous businesses within Enbridge Projects
and Operations.Working with contractors to ensure alignment with
Enbridge Indigenous engagement and Reconciliation goals.Works with
colleagues to develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous
communities and businesses.Who You Are:Related university degree,
preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business.Four or more
years of related work experience in Supply Chain or a business
development related function and/or field.Preference may be given
to a candidate who identifies as Native American.Previous
experience working with Indigenous communities or businesses on
business or economic development initiatives.High level of
emotional intelligence and be able and work with people at all
levels representing a diverse stakeholder group.High levels
cultural awareness / exposure to enable development of strong
working relationships with a culturally diverse population.Ability
to effectively facilitate, negotiate and/or lead meetings with
culturally diverse Indigenous communities.Excellent written and
verbal communication skills. Must be adept at communicating
complex, challenging concepts in a way that other stakeholders are
able to understand and operationalize. Specifically, the ability to
positively influence and lead sensitive discussions and resolve
complicated issues as they arise.Detailed understanding of SCM
processes.Must work collaboratively as part of a cross functional
team and dedication to supporting team efforts plus work
independently with minimal work direction.Strong organizational
skills.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Enbridge

Working Conditions:Office environment with travel to Indigenous
Communities in the position's assigned geography. Travel frequently
includes driving for long periods of time, including time outside
of standard business hoursTravel to other Enbridge offices,
operating regions, and/or supplier locations (domestic and
foreign), as required, with some locations requiring personal
