This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 7:30am- 4pm CST or 8:00am- 4:30pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.Primary Responsibilities:

• Responding to State, Health Plan and COPA inquiries and requests
• Regulatory changes and exception process requests
• Automations, reporting, and controls and deliverables management/monitoring
• AEP Readiness
• State site access management
• Post-implementation issue management
• Reconciliation between Enrollment and client systems
• File load and reconciliation management
• Identifying process improvement opportunities

  • High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR 10+ years of equivalent working experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
  • Moderate proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applicationsPreferred Qualifications:
    • 1+ years of experience with UHC Billing and/or Enrollment
    • 1+ years of experience with FACETS.
    • 1+ years of experience resolving issues using root causing and problem-solving skills
    • Intermediate skills associated with Microsoft Excel (create, edit, sort, filter, pivot tables)Telecommuting Requirements:
      • Reside within Duluth, MN OR Eau Claire, WI
      • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
      • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
