We are seeking applicants for a Millwright in our International
Falls, MN Paper Mill. The International Falls facility is one of
two White Paper Mills owned by Packaging Corporation of
Work as part of a team in support of a paper manufacturing
operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing
downtime and waste.
Perform precision alignment of motors, machinery, and
Responsible for the installation of bearings and predictive and
preventative motor maintenance.
Perform advanced pump repair, arc welding, proper riggings.
Ability to use mobile cranes, lifts, and hoists.
Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out
Other duties as assigned.
High School Graduate or GED.
Completion of 2 year technical program.
3 + years' experience as an industrial millwright or maintenance
mechanic or the completion of a formal 4 year millwright
apprenticeship program or equivalent training and experience.
Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
Must be able to sit, stoop, and bend.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience in a paper or other manufacturing environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with
