POSITION SUMMARY: Perform work involving the skills of two or
more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical
equipment, or the facility in repair. Duties involve maintenance
activities, keeping the building in an orderly condition; welding;
machining; carpentry; troubleshooting and repairing electrical or
mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new
equipment; repairing buildings, floors, or stairs; grounds care and
cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.
- Troubleshoot, dismantle, and reassemble defective machines and
equipment, install new or repaired parts, clean and lubricate
shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
- Install and/or repair machinery, equipment, wiring and
electrical and electronic components.
- Assemble, install, and/or repair pipe systems and hydraulic and

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school education or equivalent. Continued
