The CNO will also demonstrate a strong track record for accomplishing organizational goals through relationships and team building. # The CNO represents nursing to the Governing Body, assuming active leadership in hospital decision making structure and process. The CNO is assigned managers that are direct report and will provide oversight to these departments.# # #### This position works closely with the Director of Quality/Risk Management#to monitor the safety and quality of care, treatment and services of all patients.# The position is responsible to assure that Joint commission standards are met, to monitor quality data and identify trends, to actively promote patient safety, and perform root cause analysis.# # EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, Nursing Administration or Patient Care Administration required.# Masters degree in Nursing or Business Administration preferred.# Five years staff nursing experience and three years of management experience required.# Computer skills required. #Preference for candidates with a Masters Degress in related field, relevant experience will be considered.## Prel Riverwood is an equal opportunity#employer .#
