Category: Account RepLocation: Schneiderman's Admin Office, Meadowlands, MN, USSchneiderman's Furniture is searching for an engaging, quick, and detail focused individual to join our Administrative team. This role supports five showroom locations that creates, maintains, and manages vendor accounts for our third generation, family owned, premier MN furniture retailer.

We are on the hunt for someone who wants to learn, innovate, and grow with our organization. Our history of providing great experiences is not only for the guests coming into our showrooms, but also for our internal team as well.

In this role you will:

• Keep account information up-to-date from our vendor and logistic partners
• Communicate with all levels of the organization
• Be a subject matter expert
• Monitor account communication and address concerns
• Invoice and maintain all incoming vendor transactions
  What we need from you:
  
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep on top of meticulous records through multiple sources
  • Problem solving skills though identifying and addressing concerns in the moment
  • Excel! No need for Pivot Table crafting, but basic formulas and navigation is a must with the ability to find new ways to use technology
  • Interpersonal know-how: we want someone fun & capable on our team

      Our Account rep position reports to our Processes Manager out of our Meadowlands, MN Administrative Office, as a remote, work-from-home role. The ability to visit our Meadowlands office for training and occasional days.
