The Hills Youth and Family Services seeks a Corporate Human
Resources Director to develop and implement human resource
development and management strategies that create and maintain a
highly skilled and highly motivated workforce. The Director will
oversee Human Resources for the Duluth and metro (East Bethel)
locations. *We will accept applicants from either the Duluth or
Metro area and will house the position accordingly. The Human
Resources Director will drive diversity, equity, and inclusion
initiatives across the organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge and Skills
Experience generating reports from HR or payroll
Fearlessly innovative problem solver.
Knowledgeable in all aspects of employment law.
Education and Experience
Five years of experience in human resources management.
DESIRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in related field
Human resources management coursework.
HR managerial or supervisory experience.
Professional human resources certification (PHR, SPHR).
Significant, verifiable achievements in recruitment, human
resource information systems, organizational change management,
benefits planning, performance management or compensation.
Base salary commensurate with experience. The Hills also offers
