• Manage and develop a team of Business Development Managers carrying a significant monthly quota--
• Develop meaningful relationships with hotel owners
• Lead and negotiate deals from end-to-end (from due diligence to contract negotiations and post-deal management) with cross-functional input aligned to business / service strategy
• Own the deal process and lead teams to meet their quota and targets--
• Define, track and report on sales performance metrics
• Act as a brand ambassador--by Jobble
