Job Description:

As a Second Shift Production Associate at Marvin, you will be a part of a dedicated team that manufactures high-quality, custom windows and doors. Our associates are crucial in ensuring that each product meets the exacting standards expected from a century-old leader in the industry. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow precise manufacturing processes, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. Working hours for this shift are typically from 3 PM to 11 PM. Operate machinery and tools to fabricate parts as per specifications and blueprints. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications. Package finished products and prepare them for shipping. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area according to safety standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets. Report any issues with machinery or product quality to the maintenance team or supervisors. Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices to ensure a safe working environment. Ability to operate or learn to operate various manufacturing machinery. Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Physical stamina and strength required to handle long hours of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
