Job Description:
Marvin is seeking a dedicated Second Shift Production Associate
to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing of premium windows
and doors. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and
high-quality production of our bespoke products during the second
shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
various aspects of the production process, contributing directly to
the craftsmanship that Marvin is renowned for. This position is
based in a fast-paced, innovative environment where attention to
detail and a passion for skilled craftsmanship are paramount.
Operate machinery and equipment necessary for the efficient
production of windows and doors. Monitor and maintain quality
control standards to ensure high-quality product output. Assist in
the setup and calibration of manufacturing equipment for specific
production tasks. Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance
with company and safety regulations. Collaborate with other team
members and supervisors to optimize production processes. Report
any machine malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly.
Assist in the inventory management of materials and supplies needed
for production. Participate in ongoing training and skills
development sessions. Ability to operate or learn to operate
various manufacturing machinery Strong attention to detail Basic
mathematical skills Able to read and interpret production
schematics and blueprints Capability to stand for prolonged periods
and perform repetitive tasks Effective communication skills
