Job Description Job Description Salary: Technician Requirements: Dependable Self-Motivated Ability to Multi-task Honest Team Player Ability to lift 1 - 50 pounds (i.e., hitches, alternators, A/C units, etc). Technician Responsibilities: Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair service to customers unit. Provide Orientations on Purchased Unit for Customer Base Keep shop Forman updated on work progress Maintain a clean and safe work area for customers and coworkers Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned Ensure that final work meets quality standards and is inspected by shop Forman or supervisor. Technician Qualifications: Hands-on experience. Experience with hitch work and brake controls. Good hand-eye coordination. Great attention to detail. Physical Endurance. Electrical experience. Ability to understand and communicate information. Ability to read a tape measure and use various hand tools. Willing to work weekends as needed. Basic computer skills. Valid drivers license with a good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent.
