Job Description:
This position covers duties at our front desk and call center
areas. The right candidate for this position is customer service
oriented, highly organized, and is skilled at juggling several
things at once The right candidate responds professionally to
customer questions and needs, maintaining a courteous and
professional demeanor always.DutiesProvide front desk and call
center coverageProvide detailed and efficient information about our
products and servicesGreet and direct customersSet up telephone
reservations for pet lodging, day care, grooming and obedience
trainingSet up online reservations for pet lodging, day care,
grooming and obedience trainingReservation check-in and
check-outRing up retail salesAnswer phones, route calls, record
detailed messagesManage credit card and cash transactionsBalance
cash drawersQualificationsA minimum of two years of customer
service experience in a similar job such as Hotel front desk,
retail / and service business, call center, online customer
service, reception, or other administrative positionExperience
documenting customer interactions through a CRM platformExcellent
telecommunication skillsPolished and professional verbal
skillsExcellent written communication skillsExceptional listening
skillsUpbeat and positive attitudeProficient in the use of email
and texting platformsService-oriented demeanorProficient cash
management skillsPhysical demands of the jobProlonged standing and

Lodge is a 7-day per week programShifts run between 6 AM and 6 PM
