This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join one of the most capable and technical teams in a growing industry. The job will require a candidate with exceptional customer service skills, professional written and interpersonal communication, multi-tasking abilities, and a heart for helping others. Serves customers by fielding phone calls, processing paperwork, and assisting the lead dispatcher for the market.

Qualifications:
Exceptional phone skills and communications with customers of all levels.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Database capture and entry capabilities.
Scheduling and routing capabilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Document capture, logging, compiling and maintaining customer's information
Self-motivated, self-directed, and independent problem solver.
High level multi-tasking capabilities.
Level disposition.
Proficient organizational skills - both with physical inventories and digital record keeping
Customer Service, Project Management, or Sales Experience.
Computer Proficiency (including mobile devices and MS Office Apps).
Knowledge of ability to operate general computer equipment/devices.
Ability to work alone and in a team environment.
General Job Duties:
Answer telephone calls; Provide 30 minute call back window. Assure customer confidence.
Enter, update and maintain accurate customer information in database. Directly assisting costumers or or directing as outlined by protocol.
Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Proficiently and efficiently schedule and routing technicians in the filed with exceptional communication.
Order processing on all stair lift sales transactions
Stair Lift permit application and processing
Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Update database by verifying and entering data.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Keeps information accessible by updating system and electronically filling documents.
Safety awareness. Code and regulatory knowledge.
Maintain and protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
All others duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: starts $17.00-$20.00/hr with excellent advancement potential
