Job Description:
Additional Information:The Dietary Clerk is responsible for
answering phone calls, entering dietary data into the Meal Suite
Program, producing production sheets, reports, and Menus, along
with working closely with the Culinary & Nursing teams to ensure
proper execution of all Resident diets. Overview:The Culinary
Services Aide is responsible for assisting in food preparation and
setting up of dining area and trays for meal services.
Responsibilities:Adheres to food safety guidelines and follows
dietary restrictions based on residents' needs. Operates, cleans
and sanitizes kitchen and cafeteria equipment, and performs general
cleaning and dishwashing. Actively participates in all culinary
trainings.Qualifications:Qualifications Preferred
