Seeking an exceptional BC/BE Hospitalist to join our team in Duluth, Minnesota! Details: Full-time, hospital employed position Position split between 3 locations - 50% in Duluth, the rest split between 2 other locations Join a team of nearly 80 hospitalists, including physicians and NP/PAs Great flexibility with a 1.0 FTE equating to 168 shifts, typically following a 7/7 schedule for 24 weeks per year Mileage/rental car and lodging (if desired) are reimbursed for travel from Primary Location Procedures are not required Opportunities to participate in hospital-based research, quality, and clinical initiatives Opportunity to engage with residents Dedicated nocturnist teams Epic EMR system Compensation: $334,716-$368,464 Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation Community: Situated along the shores of Lake Superior, this city is known for its stunning waterfront views and outdoor recreational opportunities.
