in Respiratory Gating and Surface Tracking Description: Department
requires a Radiation Therapist with solid experience in Radiation
Therapy. Therapists will perform imaging procedures such as IMRT,
SBRT, and SRS. They will also conduct CT simulations. The
department is equipped with 1 Linear accelerator and 1 CT scanner.
An average of 15 scans/studies are conducted per day. The
electronic medical record system includes Epic and Aria. There is
no requirement for the therapist to float or cover other areas. The
role does not require starting IVs, but it is beneficial. The
schedule consists of Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
There are no weekend or holiday requirements. There is no call or
standby requirement. Scrub color is flexible; individuals must
supply their own scrubs. Onsite orientation will include 2-3 days
of cross-coverage with other therapists. A Radiation Oncologist is
present at the facility, but no radiologists are in-house.
