Job Description Family Medicine Opening in Wisconsin-Located in
Superior, WI.-Full Time & Permanent Position.-Competitive Salary
and Benefit Package including malpractice and tail
coverage.-Minimum 6-weeks time off per year.Practice Specifics-Our
ideal candidate would be an easy going, patient-centered, physician
leader that enjoys working with an existing, low-maintenance,
highly relational team.-OB for this position is optional.-Newer
clinic with state-of-the-art technology, attached to St. Mary's
Hospital-Superior.-Weekend clinic call is 1:8 (1:9 starting
September 23). Weeknight call 1:8 (1:9 starting September
23).-Multi-specialty group that consists of FP, IM and NP/PAs -
along with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4
Psychotherapists, 1 Behavioral Health NP, 1 Behavioral Health MD
(via Telehealth) and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial
Hospitalization Program.-Over 20 outreach specialists including
Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology OBGYN, General Surgery, Weight
Management, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain
Management, Orthopedic Med & Surg, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco
Cessation, Mediation Therapy Management, Gastroenterology, Vascular
Surgery and Urology all on-site as well as others available at the
main campus in Duluth.-Nurse-on-line triage 24/7.-EPIC (electronic
medical records) in clinic and hospital.-Admit to St. Mary's
Hospital-Superior, a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care
services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs
the Fast Track ER. -Transfers complex cases to St. Mary's Medical
Center, 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma
designation.-Urgent Care staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA
providers.-Physician led, professionally managed organization with
great team environment.Superior, WI-Approx. 5 miles south of
Duluth, MN and 150 miles north of Minneapolis, MN.-Located on one
of the most popular tourist routes in the Midwest, embracing the
westernmost tip of the Great Lake, Superior.-Superior population:
28,000; Duluth/Superior regional population-130,000.
