Job Description A thriving, physician-owned dermatology practice
in Duluth, Minnesota, led by the city’s only
board-certified/fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, is seeking an
additional Dermatologist to join the team. Committed to
high-quality, physician-driven care, the practice is free from
heavy APP staffing and private equity influence, offering
full-scope dermatology services, including medical, Mohs, and
cosmetic care. With a 14-month new-patient waitlist, there is an
immediate need for a skilled physician to help meet patient demand
and make a meaningful impact in the community. Role Highlights -
Monday-Friday, 8-4; flexible 3-4 day schedule (~30 patients/day) -
General Dermatology focus; cosmetics optional with Mohs available
if fellowship-trained (optional 2 Mohs / 2 Derm) - Excisions small
procedures - Support: 3 dedicated MAs (scribing/numbing), 4
front-desk staff - Lasers: VBeam, CO2, long-pulse 755/1064, LaseMD
- EMR: Modernizing Medicine Compensation & Benefits - $685k /
production bonus avg. $190 encounter - $30k sign-on (negotiable) -
Partnership in 2 years - Full benefits – Malpractice, Medical
insurance stipend, 4 weeks vacation, Retirement via RBC, CME:
$6,000 license/dues About the Community Duluth, MN, is a port city
