nursing philosophy of Essentia Health. Performs specialized tests
and procedures and assists ophthalmologists in providing quality
eye care for patients. Education Qualifications: none
Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Current JCAHPO
certification as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician (C.O.T.). CPR
