well-established and thriving program in Duluth, MN. With

Us? Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy a full-time position with only 24
weeks per year (7 on/7 off schedule), with the option to pick up
additional shifts for extra income. Advanced Technology: Work with
4 Da Vinci Robots and an Advanced Cysto Room in a state-of-the-art
facility. Collaborative Environment: Be part of a mentoring program
with five supportive Urologists and a large referral base.
Streamlined Workflow: Admissions are handled by a 24/7 internal
medicine hospitalist service , allowing you to focus on urological
care. Loan Forgiveness Program: Essentia Health qualifies for the
Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program , helping you achieve
financial freedom. Position Highlights Competitive Compensation:
Earn a base salary of $528,070 Hired candidates may be eligible to
receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality
incentives or production-based compensation. Supportive Team:
