Practice Specifics: - Our ideal candidate would be an easy going, patient-centered, physician leader that enjoys working with an existing, low-maintenance, highly relational team. - OB for this position is optional - Newer clinic with state-of-the-art technology, attached to Hospital - Weekend clinic call is 1:8 (1:9 starting September 23). Weeknight call 1:8 (1:9 starting September 23) - Multi-specialty group that consists of FP, IM, and NP/PA s - along with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4 Psychotherapists, 1 Behavioral Health NP, 1 Behavioral Health MD (via Telehealth) and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program - Over 20 outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology OBGYN, General Surgery, Weight Management, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedic Med & Surg, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco Cessation, Mediation Therapy Management, Gastroenterology, Vascular Surgery and Urology all on-site as well as others available at the main campus in Duluth - Nurse-on-line triage 24/7 - EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospital - Admit to a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER.
