Job Description Aspirus Health is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to join our established and growing Pediatric Hospitalist program. OPPORTUNITY: - Five-person inpatient pediatric team - 24/7 in-house Pediatric Hospitalist coverage. Fair and equitable distribution of night, weekend, and holiday coverage. No home call. - Coverage areas include a dedicated 8 bed inpatient pediatric ward, ED consultations, well newborn nursery care, 32 weeks and above level II nursery care, and as needed newborn delivery attendance all within a single hospital setting. - Dedicated nursing staff within the maternal child health department are cross trained to manage newborns, children, and mothers providing nursing continuity. - Newly remodeled birthing center, brand new Emergency Department setting, current remodeling of the level II nursery with private family rooms and state of the art equipment updates.
