Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 12 months. • 3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. • 12 months of acute care experience. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Minnesota license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Aspirus. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Required Skills/Experience: 1-year minimal acute care experience preferably withing critical care. Preferred Skills/Experience: Preference to have Critical Care experience within the past 3 years. Required Credentials: Associate’s Degree or Certificate Preferred Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree Shift & Scheduling: Week rotation Weekend/Holiday Requirements: 2 out of 4 weekends, Every other holiday On Call/Call Back Requirements: Can be low censused and put on call.
