you'll operate and maintain the boiler plant for the medical
campus, ensuring safe and efficient facility operations and support
building systems, supervise a team of rotating shift boiler
operators, perform hot water boiler maintenance, and respond to
alarms or emergency repair requests. Education Qualifications: Key
Responsibilities: Operate and maintain boiler plant for medical
campus. Observe and dispatch maintenance engineers for building
automation system alarms regarding HVAC systems, fire safety
systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment. Maintain
and perform checks regarding hot water boilers around campus .
Additionally, may respond to emergency repair requests and carry
out additional responsibilities as delegated. Boiler Operator Chief
position has a 10% pay increase from the standard pay grade ($44.12
OR $45.87) Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Minnesota 1st
class B boilers license or greater Must meet the driving
requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health’s insurer.
