Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for enhancing the well-being of our residents.
