weekday call schedule (8 AM–5 PM) with no weekend call , giving you
more time to explore Duluth's natural beauty and cultural
offerings. Diverse Clinical Rotation: Experience variety in your
practice with a rotation of inpatient consultation service,
outpatient clinic, and hybrid schedules (reduced office hours and
inpatient consultations). Collaborative Team Environment: Work
alongside 2 experienced physicians , a dedicated nurse practitioner
(who supports hospital, clinic, and travel medicine patients), and
2 skilled RNs for seamless patient care. Cutting-Edge Facilities:
Practice in a brand-new hospital (opened July 2023) with Epic EMR
and DAX Co-Pilot for streamlined documentation. Connected Campus:
Conduct rounds efficiently with no driving required—our two
hospitals (St. Mary's Medical Center, Level I Trauma - 350 beds,
and Miller Dwan Medical Center - 150 beds) are conveniently
connected by a skywalk system. Compensation Competitive Salary:
