Oncology Physician Join our esteemed healthcare team as a Radiation
Oncology Physician, where your expertise will directly impact
patient care and treatment outcomes. This urgent temporary role
offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated
team in a dynamic clinical environment. You'll be integral in
delivering high-quality radiation treatments, overseeing a diverse
patient population, and working with state-of-the-art equipment,
all while enjoying competitive compensation. Overview We are
seeking a skilled Radiation Oncology Physician to provide coverage
during the week of February 19, 2026, with potential additional
weeks. This role requires a physician experienced in managing
outpatient radiation treatments, including IMRT, SBRT, 3D-CRT, and
SRS, utilizing a Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator and Siemens
CT-Sim with respiratory gating. The selected candidate will oversee
a range of treatment protocols, ensuring optimal patient outcomes,
and work within a Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 AM to 5:00
PM, with call coverage from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. No after-hours or
weekend call is required. Required Skills Medical Degree (MD or DO)
and valid medical license in the applicable state Board
Certification or Eligibility in Radiation Oncology Proven
experience in external beam radiation therapy, including IMRT,
SBRT, and SRS Proficiency with Varian Aria/Eclipse treatment
planning software Experience with Siemens CT-Sim with respiratory
gating Ability to interpret and review treatment plans Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Track record of maintaining
a clean malpractice file Nice to Have Skills Prior outpatient and
inpatient radiation oncology experience Familiarity with Varian
TrueBeam systems Experience with radiation physics or dosimetry
Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams Ability to adapt
to new technologies quickly Preferred Education and Experience
Completed Residency in Radiation Oncology Minimum of 2 years of
clinical experience in radiation oncology Prior staffing in similar
outpatient oncology clinics preferred Other Requirements Must have
or obtain necessary licensure and certification prior to
commencement Must maintain malpractice coverage and a clean record
Willingness to provide coverage on specified dates Ability to
adhere to institutional safety protocols and standards This is an
