PRACTICE SPECIFICS Team-Centered Culture : Work alongside a positive, energetic, and team-focused group that prioritizes patient-centered care. Our current team is made up of 4.1 FTE Physicians and 2.9 FTE Advanced Practice Clinicians. Flexible Scheduling : We value work-life balance and offer flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 5 PM. Innovative Support : Benefit from a robust clinical team that includes Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Clinical Assistants, PharmDs, Behavioral Health Specialists, Orthopedics/ Cardiology/ Pediatrics Outreach, and onsite Anticoagulation services. Comprehensive Onsite Services : Lab, radiology, physical therapy, acupuncture, and pharmacy—all under one roof. REQUIREMENTS BC/BE Family Practice OB for this site is optional LOCATION Duluth, MN – a harbor city which is located at the westernmost tip of beautiful Lake Superior 150 miles north of the north of Minneapolis/St. Paul Duluth metro population: 125,000 COMPENSATION $308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
