Job Description:
Job Description: •2 years of classroom training or 2 years of
experience in building maintenance.Responsible for general
maintenance in a medical specialty campus. Provides routine and
preventative maintenance including inspection, •2 years of

maintenance.Key Responsibilities:•Responsible for general
maintenance in a medical specialty campus. •Provides routine and
preventative maintenance including inspection, general maintenance
and repairs on various systems such as pressure boilers, HVAC
systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient
care equipment. •May provide emergency repairs and perform
additional duties as assigned.Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off.
Rotating day/night shifts. Holiday and weekend requirement. On-call
rotation. Education Qualifications: Must meet the driving
requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health's insurer.
