Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Hayward, WI Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,114 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position ID: 75188480 Shift: 12H Nights 0300-1500 every weekend position Description: Unit : MedSurg | RNShift: 0300-1500 every weekend positionHOUSING: Confirm the candidate has looked into housing in the area with the submittal. Leads available.- Beds: 25- Nurse/Patient Ratios: 1:4 average.- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Adult: post-surgical (Ortho), genmed (cardiac, pulm, renal, GI, urology).- Experience: One year of experience. First time travelers okay. - Are RNs required to titrate Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Heprin, insulin, IVF, electrolytes, diltiazem, antibiotics, occasional dopamine, TPN.- Are there tele/monitor techs on this unit: Mindray, we do not have monitor techs.- Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: There is always a House Supervisor, HS not required to take assignment.- Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios: Yes, two for days 1.5 for PMS.- RT Equipment: Call RT in for vents, RT assists as needed RN's support as well.- Shifts & Scheduling: No, we do not allow self scheduling. There is the potential for block scheduling if requested. 12 hour shifts (unless otherwise specified in the ask). Start times 3a or 3p. - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.- Holiday Requirement: Yes- Is there Call or a Standby requirement: No- Floating Requirements: No- Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs provided: Charcoal/pewter gray scrubs. Any style.- Unit/Department specific orientation: Dependent on individual person.
