Medical Directorship opening in a nationally recognized critical
access hospital in the Upper Midwest. Practice Details: •
Independent Organization with two top critical access hospitals -
Can work at either location • Democratic and collegial teams of 7
physicians in the ED • Staffing model is unmatched for support - 3
providers on at any given time with several nursing staff • Annual
volume of around 12,000 visits • Flexible schedule with the ability
to work more shifts in the summer or winter depending on your
outdoor activity preferences • Opportunity to be involved with
Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program • Family Medicine Residency
Program coming in 2028 • Hospital sits on 630 acres of land,
including 8 miles of ski trails and a 30-acre lake with a boat
landing Compensation and Benefits: • Employed position with hourly
rate in the $240 range plus a $45k annual stipend - total
compensation package of around $565,000 • Comprehensive benefits
