Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Ashland, WI Employer: The Inline Group Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Bad River Tribal Health Center - Full Time ; 8am to 4:30pm Employed Average Patients seen: 70% clinical 30% admin Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: $300,000 base salary depending on experience. This role combines patient care with leadership and administrative duties, ensuring compliance, staff coordination, and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver primary & secondary outpatient care - Oversee daily medical operations & staff meetings - Supervise RN, NP, Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology & MOA staff - Serve as consultant to Clinic leadership & Tribal Council - Train, evaluate & support medical staff - Ensure compliance with federal codes & regulations - Collaborate with AODA, MAT, PT/OT, Chiropractic & Behavioral Health Qualifications: - MD or DO, Board-Certified & WI licensed (or eligible) - 5 years clinical/administrative experience - Teaching/preceptor background preferred - CMD certification is a plus
