Job Description:
Job Description The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in
patient care, acting as a liaison between providers and patients to
meet medical needs. Wage range: $19.31 - $28.97 with a $1,500
sign-on bonus for a 4/10 shift. Required qualifications include a
high school diploma or GED, certification or equivalent experience,
and BLS certification within six months. Key responsibilities
involve establishing strong provider relationships, delivering
excellent customer service, accurate data entry, clinical skills,
and adhering to policies. Must perform well in a busy environment,
build teamwork, and implement safety and service standards.
Physical demands include lifting over 50 pounds, standing, and
frequent computer use. Special demands involve managing challenging
interactions and coping with caring for acutely ill patients.
