Medicine Duluth, MN PRACTICE SPECIFICS - Join Our Premier Downtown
Campus : This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a leading
facility that integrates Internal Medicine and Family Medicine. -
Collaborative Team : Work alongside a dedicated team of 11
providers, including 8 physicians (2 Family Medicine, 6 Internal
Medicine) and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). - Clinic-Only
Practice : Focus on outpatient care with the option to take on
hospitalist shifts throughout the year if desired. - Flexible Hours
: Enjoy a schedule that accommodates the needs of parents with
school-aged children. - Supportive Environment : Benefit from a
friendly, team-oriented atmosphere with physicians and credentialed
practitioners. - Comprehensive Support : Access a 24-hour Nurse
Care line and RN nurse triage office support within the clinic. -
State-of-the-Art Technology : Utilize EPIC electronic medical
records for efficient patient management. - Shared Call :
Participate in a manageable call schedule of 1:7, with an average
of 1-3 phone calls per night. - Patient Volume : Expect to see an
average of 14-15 patients per day. REQUIREMENTS - Board
Certified/Board Eligible : Candidates must be BC/BE in Internal
Medicine LOCATION - Duluth, MN : Located 150 miles North of
Minneapolis/St. Paul. - Service Area: Includes Duluth, Superior,
and Hermantown, with a combined population of 130,000. COMPENSATION
- $323,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional
compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or
