Endocrinologist – 1.0 FTE We are looking for a patient-centered Endocrinologist to join our team of 5 Physicians (including 1 Pediatric Endocrinologist), 5 NP/PAs, and 18 additional staff. Call: Rotation including weekends; coverage includes inpatient diabetes care. Inpatient coverage at Essentia Health–St. Mary’s Medical Center (344-bed tertiary care hospital, Level I Adult Trauma Center) or Essentia Health–Duluth (165-bed hospital) — both located on the same connected campus. Call is in effect for providers during office business hours only and triaged through our RN team first. An NP/PA team covers all hospital glucose management. Capability to apply and analyze the latest diabetes-related devices including pumps, sensors, and meters. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–Some outreach possible. No evening, weekend, or holiday call. BC/BE in Endocrinology , or BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with a strong interest in Diabetes care.
