Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Critical Care Job Duration: 12
Months Shift: 12-hour shift, Day/Night, includes 2 weekends per
4-week schedule Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience:
Minimum years of experience not specified License: Must have a
current Minnesota RN license Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS
certifications Must-Have: - Residence must be more than 50 miles
from the facility - Qualify as a traveler Job Description: -
Provide specialized care to critically ill patients. - Monitor and
assess patient symptoms, maintain accurate healthcare records, and
implement appropriate care plans. - Collaborate with a team of
healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes. -
Operate and manage life-support equipment. - Ensure compliance with
all healthcare regulations and standards. - Demonstrate strong
critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Adapt quickly to
rapid changes in patient conditions. - Communicate effectively with
patients, families, and colleagues. - Work in a Level 2 trauma
setting with a bed size ranging from 150-500. - Participate in
orientation and ongoing training as required. - Maintain
professionalism and empathy in all patient interactions.
