Job Description:
Job Description: Responsible to assess, plan, implement,
evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care and hospice care
(if applicable at location) of patients in accordance with
professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of
Essentia Health. Provides direct patient care to patients requiring
care for medical, diagnostic and emergency conditions.Office Hours
are 0800-1630 Education Qualifications: Sign On Incentives:
$8,000.00 Sign on Bonus with a 2 year work commitment (some
restrictions apply) Educational Requirements: BSN or ADN degree
from an accredited school or college of nursing is required

Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Certification/Licensure
Requirements: Current nursing licensure in state (s) of employment.
May be required to hold multiple state licensures, depending upon
work location Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or
ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire East
