Job Description:

work. Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • 12 months
of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required with some in the
last 24 months. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number
of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license
or compact license (required for submission). • This role may
require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel
allowed. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious
and medical declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required after
submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload

expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Guaranteed
36 hours per week Shift: Weekend Only Evenings/Nights Common
diagnoses/Types of patients: Adult: post-surgical (Ortho), genmed
(cardiac, pulm, renal, GI, urology). RNs required to titrate drips:
Occasionally. We do not allow self scheduling. There is the
potential for block scheduling if requested. Weekend Requirement:
Every other weekend. Holiday Requirement: Yes Is there Call or a
Standby requirement: No Floating Requirements: No Scrub Color/Dress
Code/Scrubs provided: Charcoal/pewter gray scrubs. Any style.
Unit/Department specific orientation: Dependent on individual
person. 7 days maximum time off 1 reference from last 12 months
(Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission 1
reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required
