Job Description:Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. Education Qualifications: Sign on Bonus for New and Experienced RNs: ADN: $10,000 BSN: $15,000 Current Patient Specialty: Medical ICU Around September 2023 with the transition to our new hospital, this position will cover patient Specialty: Neuro Trauma, Burn and Medical ICU and IMC Qualifications:Currently employed as an RN with a minimum of 1 year of med/surg RN experience with current ACLS certification or must obtain ACLS certification within timeframe specified by the ICU management or Completion of critical care elective class, internship with recommendation from primary preceptor.
