seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LP, LPCC, LMFT, or
LICSW) to join our outstanding team at our office in Elk River,
MN.At DBT PTSD Specialists our therapists and staff strive to help
clients find the answers that lie within while providing a
comfortable environment for discovering and developing effective
skills for lasting change. Our state-certified program pursues a
DBT training curriculum tailored to the unique needs of each
client, allowing them to learn dynamically through our creative and
interactive techniques. Our DBT programs have proven effective for
those experiencing Borderline Personality Disorder, Major
Depression, Panic, Anxiety Disorders, and Complex PTSD, including
those who are at high risk for suicide or self-destructive

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:Must be
independently licensed or working toward licensure in MN: (LP,
LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW)For experienced therapists seeking leadership
positions, we do have board-approved supervising roles available as
well. Please inquire to learn more.Must be confident working with
clients with Borderline Personality Disorder, self-harm and/or
destructive behaviors, and/or suicidal ideation.The candidate is
also trauma-informed and has training in (or is committed to
completing in the first year of employment) an alternative
treatment modality such as Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, Art Therapy,
Somatic or Sensorimotor Psychotherapies).The therapist will be
responsible for attending a weekly 90-minute consultation team
meeting as well as providing phone coaching to DBT clients.DBT-PTSD
